Job Summary

Define and evolve the Neuroscience portfolio strategy, positioning, and messaging architecture with alignment across brands and functions. Establish portfolio-level strategic guardrails to guide brand planning, embedding portfolio-led thinking into annual governance and decision-making processes. Partner with Omnichannel teams to translate strategy into connected customer experiences while driving adoption of portfolio-led thinking across the organization. Lead through influence in a matrixed environment to sharpen customer value propositions and support future growth opportunities. This newly created role supports the Neuroscience franchise operating model within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical marketing, commercial strategy, portfolio strategy, medical affairs, market access, analytics, or related functions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and influence decisions in a highly matrixed organization
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and executive presence
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational alignment

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Current Product Director or equivalent leadership experience
  • Experience supporting one or more Neuroscience brands (e.g., SPRAVATO®, CAPLYTA®, INVEGA®)
  • Marketing or commercial experience
  • Experience developing portfolio strategy, positioning, messaging, or enterprise growth initiatives
  • Recognized as a high-performing leader with demonstrated potential for broader enterprise or commercial leadership opportunities
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
  • Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted, responsible AI use and sound judgment in applying AI-enabled insight
