Product Director - Head of Cloud Foundations Portfolio Management

Job Summary
Lead the governance and operating model for the Cloud Foundations portfolio across public and private cloud platforms, driving product lifecycle management, roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, and financial metrics. Partner with central functions to ensure consistent reporting, data governance, and cross-functional alignment; embed product management practices within workflows; act as a senior advisor to leadership and represent Cloud Foundations in governance forums. Requires senior leadership experience in cloud-platform product portfolio management, strong governance capabilities, and ability to influence across diverse areas; familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and regulated sectors is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in product portfolio management within cloud platforms or enterprise technology
- Ability to operate in a product-led organization with mature governance and performance frameworks
- Experience implementing portfolio-level product management practices (roadmapping, lifecycle management, OKRs, financials, KPIs, governance)
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platform engineering, and cloud operating models
- Expertise partnering with centralized product functions (Product Operations, UX, PMO, Technical Program Management)
- Outstanding stakeholder and communication skills
