Job Summary
Board-level Product Director responsible for the global product strategy of Fortress Safety. Own the current and future product portfolio, lead and develop global teams across Product Management, R&D, and Safety Services, and partner with Innovation, Operations, and Sales to translate customer insight and regulatory requirements into differentiated, scalable solutions. Influence governance and strategy at a senior/board level, balance short-term delivery with long-term platform development, and support cross-regional collaboration across the Halma network. Travel internationally as required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience leading complex engineered or technical product portfolios
- Ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory topics clearly and persuasively
- Experience operating across multiple geographies or international organizations
