Product Director - Communications Delivery Platform

Job Summary
Oversee the product roadmap, vision, and execution for JPMorganChase's enterprise communications delivery capabilities across SMS, Push, Email, Secure Messaging, and emerging channels. Lead the full product life cycle, managing vendor partnerships, infrastructure transformation, and migration programs to drive operational excellence and cost optimization. Coach product managers on best practices while partnering with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and business lines to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient solutions. Own financial planning, forecasting, and business case development for platform investments. Manage relationships with strategic vendors and line of business partners to support the firm's long-term digital servicing strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale platform products and strategic transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment
- Experience managing executive-level stakeholder relationships and influencing decisions across technology, operations, product, and business organizations
- Strong understanding of omnichannel customer communications, including SMS, Push, Email, Secure Messaging, and emerging communication technologies
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contract governance, and financial planning
- Strong understanding of operations risk, controls, information security, resiliency, and regulatory considerations
- Experience leading geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams in complex matrixed organizations
- Bachelor's degree required
