Job Summary
Own the end-to-end HR systems portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom-built solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation objectives. Execute the HR technology roadmap while establishing SDLC, Agile, and program governance standards for intake, design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare. Lead the HR Systems Products team, manage strategic vendor relationships, and serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risks and cross-functional dependencies. Drive adoption, data quality, and system performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement practices. This leader bridges HR requirements and technology execution to ensure platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes across the employee lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of HR technology experience
- 3–5+ years leading enterprise teams in HR systems, HRIS, or HR transformation roles
- Deep hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules
- Proven leadership of large-scale HR system implementations and transformations, from concept through stabilization
- Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and formal project/program management methodologies (PMP, SAFe, or equivalent)
- Exceptional ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing senior HR leaders
- Demonstrated success managing ambiguity, complex integrations, and cross-functional operating models
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Skilled in customer-facing activities covering data preparation, cutover support, timeline management, and documentation preparation
- Experience working with current HR Technology platforms (e.g., Success Factors, Salesforce etc.) as well as legacy solutions
- The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida
