Product Director - Brokerage

Job Summary
Lead product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle for Brokerage products within JP Morgan Personal Investing across Europe. Act as the voice of the customer, develop profitable investment products, guide launches, and ensure scalable, reliable client experiences. Drive discovery and market research to inform the roadmap, track key success metrics (cost, features, functionality, risk posture, reliability), and build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Investments. Manage product development, testing, and release management, balancing business and technical objectives, and align with multi-country requirements for European jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain within financial services or technology
- Proven track record of building and managing wealth management products and familiarity with brokerage and/or mutual funds end-to-end lifecycle
- Experience leading product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience with software delivery best practices, mapping dependencies, designing minimum viable products, and working with multi-country requirements
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to business stakeholders
- Ability to analyze user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities in product development
- Be the glue across departments and translate ideas into technical or layman’s terms
- Experience developing investment products across different European jurisdictions
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, finance or highly qualitative field
- Fluency in languages beyond English (German, Italian, French, Spanish or Dutch) and ability to work in a matrix/complex organization
