Job Summary
Product Director in Consumer Bank's AI Enablement Team leads customer-centric product development and shapes the roadmap by guiding end-to-end lifecycle, risk management, and growth targets. You coach and mentor the product team on best practices (discovery, ideation, prototyping, adoption strategies, and delivery), own product performance, monitor market trends, conduct competitive analyses, and identify opportunities for differentiation. The role requires strong mastery of AI/ML technologies, platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and agile methodologies to translate complex capabilities into clear product strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration toward innovative, scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering platform level capabilities that empower partner teams to deliver experiences
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, platform architecture, and cloud infrastructure with ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear product strategies
- Strong background in agile methodologies with hands-on experience leading product teams through iterative development cycles, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning
