Product Director - AI Advisory & Coaching, Operating Model Enablement

Job Summary
Lead the strategy and end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products, coaching leaders and teams on product, agility, and operating models to drive measurable, customer-centric outcomes at scale. Oversee product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets; mentor the product team on best practices (discovery, ideation, storyboarding, prototyping, adoption strategies) and drive AI initiatives within the Product Office. Own AI solution strategy and delivery for customers, apply AI for process improvement, and influence stakeholders to adopt AI approaches. Manage full product lifecycle, ensuring cost, features, reusability, and reliability goals are met, while monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation. SME and leader for AI initiatives within the Product Office (knowledge bases, agentic systems, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Track record of successful large scale process improvement projects
- Extensive knowledge of AI use cases, patterns and applications
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI-enabled products
- Strong Data literacy
