Job Summary
Own the digital product roadmap across websites and platforms, translating business requirements into briefs and wireframes while managing developments from concept to delivery. Act as the primary contact for third-party technology providers, including CMS and ad tech partners, to ensure effective delivery and coordinate technical escalations. Oversee day-to-day advertising operations across all owned platforms, ensuring accurate campaign delivery and optimizing ad inventory for revenue growth. Develop dashboards to analyze product performance and operational efficiency, presenting insights to stakeholders to inform commercial decisions. Line manage the Digital Operations & AdOps Executive, building resilient workflows and supporting capability development within the team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in digital product management, ad operations, digital publishing or AdTech
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including display inventory and ad serving
- Experience working with CMS platforms and third-party technology vendors
- Proven experience delivering digital product improvements or launches
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience in publishing, media or content-led businesses
- Experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and GA4
- Experience creating product requirement documents, wireframes and user journeys
- Commercially minded and data-driven
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Proactive problem solver
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
