Job Summary
Support the management and development of Well's Beauty and Dermocosmetics categories, participating in projects from trend analysis to product launch and performance monitoring. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors to identify innovation opportunities, while monitoring business KPIs and following product implementation across in-store and digital channels. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to support national and international sourcing and procurement processes. Contribute to continuous improvement by promoting innovative, customer-focused solutions for private label brands. This role is based in Carnaxide for a Product Development Trainee within the leading retail brand in Portugal's Health, Wellness, and Beauty segment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Management, Marketing or a related field
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Retail, FMCG, Marketing, Commercial or Product Development functions
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical skills and results orientation
- Ability to organise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and an innovative mindset
- Interest in the Beauty, Cosmetics and Wellness sector
- Proactivity, dynamism and initiative
- Interest and knowledge of the Beauty, Dermocosmetics and Wellness sector
