Job Summary

Product Development professionals will support projects from concept through commercialization in a collaborative manufacturing/R&D setting. Responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and evaluating formulations and manufacturing processes; participating in testing, scale-up, and manufacturing transfer; preparing and maintaining technical documentation and development records; collaborating with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and external partners to support product launches; and providing technical support during pilot and commercial production while adhering to quality and regulatory standards. Candidates should hold a degree or diploma in a relevant scientific discipline and have experience in product development, formulation, process development, or commercialization in dietary supplements, natural health products, cannabinoids, food, or related consumer health categories. Familiarity with multiple dosage formats (tablets, capsules, powders, gummies, chewables, soft gels, liquids, beverages, topicals, etc.) and knowledge of cGMP/regulatory environments are preferred. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The role is based on-site in Greater Vancouver, BC, Canada, and is part of TalentSphere’s ongoing product development hiring pipeline for 2026.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nutrition, or related scientific discipline
  • Experience in product development, formulation, process development, or commercialization within dietary supplements, natural health products, cannabinoids, food, consumer health products, or related industries
  • Experience with product formats such as tablets, capsules, powders, gummies, chewables, soft gels, liquids, beverages, topicals, or other consumer product formats
  • Knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
