Job Summary
Senior Product Development Engineer with a specialization in Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) to become a subject matter expert on failure analyses, including electrical failure modes, device operation, and fabrication processes for solid-state memory devices. Collaborates to present failure findings, implement solutions, and adhere to lab safety policies in a collaborative environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Material Science and at least 2 years of PFA/ Fab/Assembly experience; willingness to work 12-hour rotating or permanent night shifts. The role is with Micron Technology, a leader in memory/storage solutions (DRAM, NAND, NOR) with global operations; AI/5G applications, and a commitment to integrity and sustainability. Candidates should be proficient in analytical techniques, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Material Science
- At least 2 years of experience in Physical Failure Analysis, Fab, or Assembly work settings
