Job Summary
Execute product sustaining strategies to meet quality and cost targets during high-volume manufacturing. Drive execution of Statistical Bin Limit (SBL) triggers and perform risk assessments to define reliability goals. Ensure class and burn-in coverage meets requirements while interfacing with foundry, OSAT, and development partners. Analyze customer returns and early feedback to drive generation-over-generation design improvements, manufacturing enhancements, and test hole closure. Monitor post-silicon quality results and implement learning into future product designs and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or Microelectronics
- 5years+ in Product Development and Qualification of New Products in Semiconductor
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Computer Engineering and equivalent
- Test and Reliability knowledge in Product Qualification
- Semiconductor product ownership experience
- Complex IC/CPU/device knowledge
- Strong testing and failure analysis background
- Customer issue investigation experience
- Risk assessment capability
- Cross-functional technical leadership
