Job Summary
Product Development Planning Manager leads and coordinates the PDP process for New Flyer, owning the product development roadmap, coordinating cross-functional reviews, validating configurations with product configurators, maintaining master project tracking, and chairing PDP board meetings. Responsibilities include preparing information for ELT/GLT meetings, ensuring complete meeting materials before phase approvals, guiding continuous improvement of PDP materials and training documentation, and collaborating with PDP stakeholders to execute project reviews and approvals. Key skills include end-to-end project management, cross-functional collaboration, strong organizational and communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Registered Technologist/Engineer
- Design related experience - minimum of 5 years
