Job Summary
Coordinate and manage development and approval needs for brands by creating time and action calendars, tracking sample fabrics, and sourcing new materials. Maintain fabric and trim libraries while communicating daily with overseas vendors, mills, factories, and sample rooms. Create line lists, request samples, and make bulk approval comments on lab dips, strike offs, and trims. Resolve development and bulk production issues, adjust to changing business priorities, and lead cross-functional meetings with design, R&D, production, and sales teams. Requires 5+ years of experience, knowledge of knit and woven fabrics, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems, and strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of knit and woven
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, PLM & MAC systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience working with multiple calendars
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast paced environment under pressure
