Product Development Manager

Product Development Manager responsible for the ongoing maintenance, development, and delivery of Insurance product offerings. Oversees the product lifecycle, including developing and implementing new products and maintaining the product portfolio in a complex regulatory environment. Drives processes, best practices, and tools to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and oversight for rate, rule, and form projects. Coordinates optimized product-related business processes and third-party product partnerships. Leads planning, prioritization, and execution of changes to the insurance product portfolio; collaborates with Actuarial, IT, and Underwriting stakeholders to manage deployment schedules and resource impact; ensures compliance with legislative and regulatory mandates and filed rules; drives continuous improvement of the product development lifecycle; designs and implements training plans for agents, underwriters, and service teams; manages data management tools and evaluates external data sources for risk assessment and product optimization; accounts for annual budgets and potential strategic alliances to grow the portfolio; talent management and high-performance team leadership.
