Job Summary
Associate in the Trading Services Product Development team at J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank, focusing on liquidity investment solutions (including money market fund sweeps and client trading) and delivering product enhancements through the full project life cycle. Responsible for acting as a product SME for liquidity investment sweep offerings and T0 order management, collaborating with Product Management and Technology to shape platform design, map current and end-state processes, and present requirements to stakeholders; requires ownership of deliverables, escalation of risks, and cross-functional coordination with Technology, Product, Banking, and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Direct experience in cash and liquidity, ideally within a Cash, Liquidity, or Global Custody environment.
- Knowledge of cash and liquidity products and services.
- Working knowledge of trade settlement lifecycles and order management.
- Demonstrated change management experience.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for project deliverables.
- Strong risk, control, and quality assurance awareness.
- Ability to review current processes and implement business process improvements into requirements documents.
