Product Development Lab Technician

Perform routine testing on raw materials, batches, and finished products by operating laboratory equipment and preparing samples, standards, and reagents. Record test results accurately, track trends and variances, and escalate out-of-specification findings to leadership while maintaining data integrity. Organize samples and records to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. Work a standard 8:00am-4:00pm schedule with reliable attendance and punctuality. Support laboratory operations and complete other assigned duties as needed.
