Product Development Engineer

Job Summary
Design and develop new products (pumps, valves, and fluid-displacement equipment) for the food and beverage industry; apply advanced modeling, CAD/CAE to create detailed drawings; analyze design feasibility, tolerances, FEA, CFD; use data-driven analysis to develop prototypes and finalize designs for production; evaluate new materials and processes; ensure compliance with hygiene/regulatory guidelines (EHEDG, 3A); support ECO and design-change activities; collaborate with manufacturing, contract manufacturers, and product teams to optimize manufacturability; prepare project plans and cost estimates; track project progress and document activity; travel up to 5% and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement; require a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 5–10 years of design experience (4–8 years with master’s degree) with CAD experience (Inventor/Autodesk Vault) and ERP (SAP); experience in the food & beverage industry (sanitary applications) and knowledge of engineering principles across mechanics, thermal and fluid sciences; strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
