Job Summary
Lead product scale-up and process development by designing and continuously improving manufacturing and filtration processes. Develop overall product processes from laboratory scale to high-volume manufacturing, conducting lab experiments, data analysis, and documentation. Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving, improvement planning, and root cause analysis using DOE and FMEA tools. Generate technical data per requirements and engage with customers to prioritize quality improvements. Actively participate in EH&S programs to ensure high safety standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science with 3+ years in relevant fields. Located in Dongguan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material science
Desired Qualifications
- A thorough understanding organic/inorganic/polymer chemistry and chemical engineering
- 3+ year experience in relevant field
- Understanding of mass transport phenomena
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects with varying deadlines and commitment
- Ability to lead deep technical discussions and market/customer discussions
- Good communication skill in English
- Korean language skills
- Work experience in semiconductor, electronic material, chemical industries and polymerization
- Able to develop and implement project plan and to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
