Job Summary
Collaborate with product development and papermaking teams to identify and address technical challenges; develop and implement new product concepts and processes; conduct research and analysis to support product development initiatives; optimize existing product formulations and manufacturing processes; evaluate product performance and quality attributes; stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies; foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the paper, tissue, or cardboard (packaging) industries.
- Proven hands-on experience in a papermaking environment.
- Strong understanding of paper coatings and their application processes.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Product development experience (preferred)
