Job Summary
Lead and execute new product development projects from concept through production launch with minimal supervision. Develop product specifications, technical datasheets, and reports to support commercialization, while utilizing polymer chemistry expertise to evaluate materials and optimize processing. Prepare NPD Stage-Gate documentation, lead production trial planning, and interpret development results to plan next steps. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure new products meet performance and regulatory requirements. Support scale-up from pilot to full-scale production, troubleshoot processes, and provide technical support to customers and commercial teams. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards for polymer materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
- 5 years industry experience
- 10 years related industry experience
