Product Development Engineer

Job Summary
Calibrate, characterize, and verify the performance of electron beam systems to ensure they meet specifications. Diagnose and resolve tool issues by identifying root causes and driving them to resolution. Plan and coordinate tool activities with internal engineering teams while providing onsite and remote technical support at customer cleanrooms. Analyze system and performance data to identify trends, presenting findings and recommendations to engineering and customer stakeholders. Collaborate across global teams and time zones to help onboard and develop newer engineers, with up to 25% travel required to support tool activities.
Required Qualifications

- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 0 years
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
- bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of charged particle dynamics theory
- Background in optics, physics, or related field
- Knowledge of basic image processing/computer vision
- Knowledge of electron gun/HV design
- Experience with semiconductor inspection, metrology, or comparable precision optical/electronic systems
- Knowledge of sensor characterization, and signal/data analysis
