Job Summary
Product Development Engineer to support new product development and technical sales for HVAC product lines (RLC, Air Side, AHU, VRF). Responsibilities include leading new product development with internal and external teams, driving cost reduction, providing engineering support to Sales teams and dealers, developing technical sales tools and documentation (TOR, specs), delivering training, conducting on-site troubleshooting and support, collaborating on R&D for controllers and IoT with external partners, maintaining technical docs for offline platforms and marketing content, and supporting cross-functional initiatives across RLC, VRF, and AHU. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, HVAC experience, strong troubleshooting, customer-facing experience, IoT/controller knowledge a plus, and willingness to travel. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in HVAC systems (RLC, AHU, VRF, Air Side) is preferred
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting sales teams and working with dealers/customers
- Knowledge of IoT or controller systems is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel for on-site support
