Product Development Director - Data Platforms

Lead strategy and implementation of new data platform products for Commercial segments, managing a digital platform that handles large structured and unstructured data to enable trusted insights. Develop reusable analytic assets, federated/multimodal workflows, and privacy-preserving methods; collaborate with partners and engineering to package methods for operational use and expand the analytics tech stack (including LLM co-piloting and no/low-code integrations). Ensure regulatory compliance, monitor product performance and market/regulatory changes, and act as a product expert and relationship manager for core clients. Requires a BA/BS and at least 5 years of related experience; hybrid in-office schedule with at least 3 days per week in the Wilmington, DE area, with alternate locations considered within commuting distance.
