Product Development Coordinator (TEMP - 6 month contract)

Job Summary
Coordinate product approval presentations and documentation while routing materials through internal systems like MyMediaBox. Track submission status, flag delays, and maintain trackers, calendars, and reports to ensure smooth execution. Organize files, samples, and reference materials; take meeting notes and distribute summaries. Collect required inputs from internal teams and respond to basic inquiries from licensees or partners, escalating complex questions to leadership. Execute assigned tasks according to established processes while supporting multiple projects simultaneously under close guidance. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience in coordination or administration. This 6-month temporary assignment is based in the New York City area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or entry‐level product/creative roles
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of documents and trackers
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn systems, processes, and product categories
- Must be able to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision
