Product Development Coordinator

Product Development Coordinator responsible for leading new product development projects with designers; manage development plans, maintain status data in Airtable/Excel/Sheets, coordinate sampling, testing, content creation, and photography; facilitate communication between US and Asian sourcing teams; lead weekly Brand + Sales check-ins and conduct product training; manage product improvements, track costs and enhancements in systems like Salsify; streamline processes, manage special projects, and drive efficiency across product development, improvement, and process optimization initiatives; must demonstrate strong project management, organization, communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Office with fluency in Chinese, and ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.
