Product Development & CAD Assistant (Female)

Job Summary
Support seasonal product development and maintain development timelines by creating and updating CADs, technical flats, and colourways using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Prepare technical packs, BOMs, and product specifications while coordinating fit sessions, measuring garments, and tracking shipments for development and sales samples. Liaise with suppliers regarding materials, technical queries, and delivery schedules, and maintain seasonal design files, range plans, and digital archives. Assist with fabric and trim development, including maintaining libraries and tracking approvals, while collaborating with Design, Technical, Production, and Merchandising teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Product Development, Garment Technology, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years' experience in fashion design or product development
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong CAD and technical drawing skills
- Good understanding of garment construction and product development
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and time management

- Experience in luxury or premium womenswear
- PLM knowledge
