Job Summary
Manage the product lifecycle from initial sketch through pre-production samples for seasonal accessories collections. Collaborate with Design and Production teams to review timelines, fabrics, and allocation needs weekly. Build and maintain seasonal WIP, style numbers, color codes, and SKU-level details within PLM systems. Create BOMs, develop material libraries, and assign HTS codes while communicating daily with global factory partners on samples, pricing, and timelines. Prepare reference materials for internal reviews and Buy meetings, ensuring all components align with design intent and quality standards. Track sample requests and revisions to keep development on schedule. Support the Product Development Manager in launching development trials and managing overseas shipments.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product development experience within accessories and/or lifestyle categories
- Experience working across men's, women's, and/or kids markets preferred
- Solid understanding of basic accessories and garment construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems
- Google Sheets experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and commercial objectives
