Job Summary
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain product information and lead times for promotional items. Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products. Help create and update product documentation, including user guides and specifications. Support product launches by preparing pitches and coordinating with the Data & Analytics team to track key performance indicators. Monitor inventory levels for promotional products and assist with restocking or ordering procedures. Provide sales support by preparing materials and answering customer questions. Perform other related duties as assigned. This role requires strong organization and cross-functional communication skills. Applicants must be US citizens or resident aliens residing in Guam for at least three consecutive years.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- US citizen or resident alien
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Resident of Guam for a period not less than three (3) consecutive years before entry into the program
- Must be able to attend a minimum of two (2) classes per semester as identified by program coordinator
- Must be able to work forty (40) hours per week with IT&E
Desired Qualifications
- One year of marketing experience or product management experience
