Job Summary
Senior-level Product Development & Implementation role coordinating UK/EMEA product lifecycle activities, including launches and closures; collaborating with internal teams and providers to deliver implementations; ensuring operational, regulatory, and commercial readiness; tracking pipelines and delivery progress; identifying risks and escalating issues; preparing governance materials and stakeholder updates; supporting reporting (including Assessment of Value outputs); and driving process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency. Based in Edinburgh with a four-day-in-office schedule, requiring strong organisational, stakeholder management, and cross-regional coordination skills, and familiarity with UK/European fund structures and regulations, Agile/project tools, and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in investment management or financial services
- Exposure to product lifecycle or project delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with project tools or Agile methodologies
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration across regions
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
