Job Summary
Own end-to-end design for Sustainability Platform features that enable customers to measure carbon footprints, report ESG disclosures, and decarbonize supply chains. Drive deep discovery using customer feedback and analytics to iterate on product metrics, while building the vision and strategy for the next product chapter. Partner with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to execute solutions, leveraging AI throughout the design process to deliver outcomes. Work in a mission-oriented startup environment where you collaborate on weekly jams and crits to perfect craft. Must be willing to work from an office four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience designing software
- Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week
- Proficient in design craft fundamentals
- Proficient using AI tools to aid discovery, synthesis, and design execution
