Job Summary
Own the design process from early problem discovery and user research through concepts, prototyping, production, and implementation for the Telia Play experience. Turn insights into clear solutions using Figma, ranging from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and product visions. Validate and iterate by running research, seeking data, conducting user testing, and challenging solutions that do not clearly create value. Strengthen design practice by contributing to and evolving design systems in Figma, communicating ideas visually, and using AI tools to bring design and code closer together. Work in cross-functional product teams with product owners, developers, and other specialists to shape smarter living for people, businesses, and the planet.
