Job Summary
Design end-to-end product experiences for BJAK's leading insurance platform, transforming requirements into user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces across insurance, payments, claims, and investment products. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components while collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate implementation. Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback, maintaining consistency across mobile and web experiences. This remote role requires candidates based in Vietnam with strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Portfolio is required
- English is our primary working language across global teams
- Strong English communication is required
- Candidates must be based in Vietnam
- Applicants should already be based in Vietnam
