Product Designer (UI/UX) (UK)

Job Summary
Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production for BJAK's leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. Transform requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across mobile and web for financial products including insurance, payments, claims, and investments. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components while collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate implementation. Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback to refine interactions, accessibility, and overall quality. Work at least 3 days per week from the UK office with strong English communication skills required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Portfolio is required
- Strong English communication
- You are expected to work from our UK office at least 3 days per week
