Job Summary
Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production for BJAK's leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. Transform requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across insurance, payments, claims, and investment products. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components while collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate implementation. Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback, maintaining consistency across mobile and web experiences. Prioritize clarity, simplicity, and accessibility to simplify complex financial workflows into intuitive experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Portfolio is required
- Candidates must be based in South Korea
- Strong English communication is required
