Job Summary
Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production for BJAK's financial platform, transforming requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components while collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate implementation. Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback, maintaining consistency across mobile and web experiences for insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial products. This role requires 3+ years of experience, advanced Figma proficiency, and a portfolio demonstrating product thinking. Candidates must be based in Poland with strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Portfolio is required
- Candidates must be based in Poland
