Job Summary
Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial products. Transform requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces while building and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable UI components. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to simplify complex workflows, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and improving usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback. Maintain consistency across mobile and web experiences, continuously refining interactions, accessibility, and overall product quality. Based in Ireland, this role requires 3+ years of experience, strong portfolio, and advanced Figma proficiency to shape intuitive, high-quality experiences for BJAK's leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Portfolio is required
- Candidates must be based in Ireland
- Strong English communication is required
