Job Summary
Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production for BJAK's leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia. Transform requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces across insurance, payments, claims, and investments. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components while collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate implementation. Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback, maintaining consistency across mobile and web experiences. This role requires 3+ years of experience, advanced Figma proficiency, and a portfolio demonstrating product thinking. Based in Germany with English as the primary working language, you will help redefine how millions get more from their money.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Portfolio is required
- Must be based in Germany
- Strong English communication
