Job Summary
Design end-to-end product experiences for BJAK's financial platform, transforming requirements into user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces across insurance, payments, claims, and investments. Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components while collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate implementation. Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback, maintaining consistency across mobile and web experiences. Refine interactions, accessibility, and overall product quality to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences. This remote role requires candidates based in Australia with 3+ years of experience, advanced Figma proficiency, and a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design
- Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
- Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout and interaction design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
- Portfolio is required
- Candidates must be based in Australia
- Strong English communication is required
