Product Designer

Own end-to-end design outcomes by framing clinical and business contexts, prototyping, launching features, and validating results with user data and A/B tests. Orchestrate AI tools to generate interfaces, explore variants, and deliver production components, then critically audit outputs against accessibility and safety standards. Facilitate discovery sessions, design sprints, and critiques with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align diverse inputs into a single direction. Maintain a living design system and context library to ensure consistent quality and scalable patterns across projects. This role sits within Therapieland's Flow model, where a single designer owns the full product journey from problem to validated result without handoffs to specialized teams. You will work directly with the CPO and delivery teams to drive measurable improvements in mental healthcare for professionals and clients in the GGZ and social domain.
