Job Summary
Senior Product Designer for Salmon’s Referral Program – own design across digital surfaces from ideation to live product. Role involves bringing insights (including field visits or user research), conducting AB tests and experiments, guiding cross-functional teams toward user-centric innovations, contributing to and evolving the design system, and collaborating with designers on new patterns. Requires 3+ years of mobile-first product design experience, strong Figma proficiency (auto-layouts, slots, variables, advanced prototyping), solid product discovery/research skills, understanding of web product construction (coding experience a plus), and English fluency (B2+). Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a product designer
- Fluent in English (B2+)
- Excellent Figma skills with advanced prototyping
- Good understanding of web products; coding experience a plus
- Ability to conduct product discovery and experimentation (AB tests, user research)
- Ability to contribute to design systems and cross-functional collaboration
