Job Summary
Own the design vision for a core business area within Roma, driving end-to-end design from discovery through high-fidelity execution; lead research sessions, analyze usage data, and frame the what, why, and how of problems; collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver cohesive, user-centric experiences across enterprise payments, stablecoin orchestration, and treasury management; advocate for member needs and apply Design Thinking to demonstrate strategic value in a fast-growing fintech platform; leverage a data-informed approach and excel in complex—financial services—workflows while mentoring and shaping the product design culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Design, preferably in SaaS/Fintech or high-growth environments
- Experience designing for complex user flows and financial services
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools
- Experience facilitating workshops and design sprints
- Agile environment experience and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Data-informed design with tools like Looker, Heap, GA, or Hotjar
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
