Job Summary
Own the end-to-end design process for key marketplace workflows, from discovery and research through high-fidelity execution and launch. Lead design for complex B2B experiences including search, comparison, ordering, and supplier-side tools while partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Analytics. Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across buyer and supplier experiences. Advocate for user-centered design while balancing speed, technical constraints, and business goals. Report to the Director of Product Management and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, communications design, UX design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar design role in a technology company
- Strong experience designing ecommerce, marketplace, or transactional products, ideally in a B2B or B2B2C environment
- Proven ability to work autonomously and own design deliverables from start to finish
- Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and turning loosely defined requirements into clear, usable solutions
- Solid foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing, and applying insights to design decisions
- Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and trade-offs to cross-functional partners
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with stakeholders across product lines
- Must be able to lift to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated industries is a plus, but not required
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
