Job Summary
Own specific product surfaces and drive entire features from initial research through high-fidelity specifications. Lead research and discovery, participate in customer sessions, translate raw user pain points into actionable design improvements, and scale the design system with reusable components to empower the team. Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric design. The base salary range is $115,000 to $135,000, with compensation determined by location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two to four years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related design discipline
- Deep understanding of components, auto-layout, and libraries in Figma
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and workflow-heavy interfaces
- Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira
- Strong typography, hierarchy, and layout
- Ability to demonstrate AI fluency by integrating AI into workflow
- Comfort with tools like Claude, Lovable, and Codex to bridge design and prototypes
