Job Summary
Senior Product Designer for Private Bank Digital leads hands-on UX/UI design of digital products, translating complex financial journeys into intuitive experiences. Collaborates with product managers, designers, researchers, and technology partners to deliver high-quality design assets, prototypes, and specifications, applying existing design systems and contributing to new ones. Champions user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices while leveraging AI and emerging technologies to keep digital finance products at the cutting edge. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in experience or product design
- Experience designing for consumer or financial services setting
- Experience designing for complex authenticated digital environments (secure client portals, dashboards, etc.)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Hands-on usability testing
- Strong team collaboration and communication
- Skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
