Job Summary
Product Designer for a long-term project with a focus on checkout, payment, and account-management flows across a transactional marketplace. Responsibilities include owning design across account and checkout surfaces, evolving a seller platform, translating complex transactional requirements (auction, buy now, best offer), partnering with cross-functional teams, conducting usability testing on high-stakes flows, producing precise design specs for engineering, contributing to the design system, and mentoring a mid-level designer. Requires strong attention to detail, experience with design systems and form/transactional UI, and a background in e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace products. Bonus points for a BS/CS or related fields; compensation in USD; LATAM/US remote work hinted. Long-term positions available.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced level English
- 7+ years in product design with senior ownership
- Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of checkout, payment, or account management flows
- Experience leading or mentoring other designers
- Usability testing experience on conversion/transactional surfaces
- Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping
- Background in e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace products preferred
