Job Summary
Design core platform experiences for enterprise operators, leaders, and technical teams, translating abstract capabilities like data, automations, and AI into clear, usable workflows. Collaborate deeply with product managers and engineers from problem framing to shipped outcomes, building and evolving the design system with reusable components and interaction foundations. Balance power and simplicity to make complex systems legible and intuitive, shaping the path from first interaction to measurable business impact. Work on high-impact challenges within a fast-moving, founder-minded culture focused on preserving flexibility without letting it collapse into confusion.
Required Qualifications
- Think in systems and flows, not just individual interfaces
- Are comfortable with complexity and know how to reduce it without oversimplifying
- Care deeply about usability, but also about strategy and outcomes
- Can collaborate fluently with engineers and product leaders
- Are curious, opinionated, and willing to challenge assumptions
- Have strong UI craft and can design pixel-perfect, information-dense interfaces that stay clear, scalable, and easy to navigate
- Want real ownership, not just tickets in a backlog
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise software, data-heavy products, or technical users is a plus—but raw ability, judgment, and drive matter more than pedigree.
