Job Summary
Create thoughtful product designs from concept through prototype and delivery, relentlessly simplifying complex business processes into intuitive user experiences. Partner with product and engineering teams throughout design and development while contributing to multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met. Balance exploration with standards, usability, business objectives, and customer needs by presenting designs, articulating vision, and communicating feedback. Requires mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, strong systems design thinking, and 3-5 years of professional UX experience, with previous fintech design experience a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong visual and user experience design skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Mastery of design tools, including: Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong systems design thinking
- Advanced understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and composition
- Ability to set and meet deadlines; deliver under tight timeframes
- Self-motivated team player able to work independently and adapt quickly in a small, fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX designer
Desired Qualifications
- Keynote skills are a plus
- Previous fintech design experience
