Job Summary
Design product concepts and end-to-end features for Notion's product, balancing vision, craft, speed, and business potential; craft every detail from idea to pixel-perfect execution; run projects end-to-end with engineers; partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Customer Success to understand diverse user needs; collaborate with Marketing to communicate stories across lifecycle and channels; evolve and extend the design system as Notion scales; bring well-rounded design skills, strong user empathy, and a practical mindset to deliver valuable user experiences while working in-office on anchor days.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of working experience in product design or related field
- Ability to run projects end-to-end
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to balance craft, speed, and business impact
- Experience designing human interfaces and systems
